Terms of Use

Ember Elite Creator Network is operated by ERH Ventures LLC (referred to in these Terms as “Ember,” “we,” or “us”). These Terms are between you and ERH Ventures LLC and govern access to the Ember Elite Creator Network application (the “Service”). The Service is private and invite-only. You must be at least 18 years old, have an approved Ember membership, and provide accurate account information. By accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in methods and for activity under your account. TikTok Login confirms control of a TikTok account; it does not create an Ember membership. Access remains subject to Ember approval and may be suspended or removed when membership ends or security requires it.

Use the Service only for authorized Ember activities. Do not access another person’s information, share restricted creator or business data, disrupt the Service, upload unlawful or harmful material, scrape data, reverse engineer security controls, or use the Service to harass, deceive, or violate another person’s rights.

Creator performance, campaign, community, and internal business information may be confidential. You may use it only for your authorized role. You retain rights in content you submit, while granting Ember a limited permission to host and process that content to operate the Service.

TikTok Login and other third-party services are operated under their own terms and policies. Ember does not control their availability or decisions. TikTok is not responsible for the Ember Service, and Ember is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok except as separately stated in an official network relationship.

We may improve, limit, or discontinue features and may update these Terms. We will post material changes here and update the effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, creator results, earnings, campaign outcomes, or availability of third-party platforms. To the extent permitted by law, Ember is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.
