Privacy Policy

Ember Elite Creator Network is operated by ERH Ventures LLC (“Ember,” “we,” or “us”). This Policy describes how ERH Ventures LLC handles personal information through the application.

If you set up creator payouts, we collect the PayPal account name, payout email, optional username and mobile number, and a record of your confirmation and acknowledgment. We use these details to administer payouts, maintain records, and resolve payout issues. Payout details and any clarification screenshot you submit are private to you and the network Owner; they are not displayed to other creators or ordinary managers. Submit screenshots only when requested and hide balances, transactions, and unrelated information. Confirming an Ember account email or providing a screenshot does not verify ownership of a PayPal account.

We collect information you provide or that Ember maintains for your membership, such as your name, email, contact details, role, onboarding information, creator profile, internal communications, goals, campaign participation, and creator performance information. We also collect security and operational records such as sessions, account activity, device or request information, and error logs.

When you choose TikTok Login, TikTok provides an account identifier, display name, username, profile image, authorization scopes, and access and refresh tokens. Ember uses this information to verify and link your approved Ember membership, sign you in, show your connected identity, prevent fraud, and support account security. We do not use TikTok Login to create unrestricted public accounts.

We use information to operate and secure the Service, verify membership, personalize role-based access, support creator programs, display performance and goals, enable collaboration, send requested operational notifications, provide support, comply with law, and improve reliability.

We share information only as needed with authorized Ember personnel and members according to their roles; vendors that help us host, secure, communicate, and operate the Service; TikTok when required to complete or revoke authorization; professional advisers; or authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal information.

We retain membership and creator information while an account is active and as needed for legitimate business, security, legal, and recordkeeping purposes. The current login flow uses TikTok tokens temporarily to retrieve your identity and does not retain access or refresh tokens after linking. Connected identity and authorization metadata are retained until removed or otherwise no longer needed. You may request disconnection or deletion by contacting us. Some records may be retained where law, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate internal recordkeeping requires it.

We use access controls, encrypted connections, server-only credentials, secure session cookies, and role-based restrictions designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, so please protect your devices and notify us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.

You may update certain profile information in the Service, use the available sign-in fallback, revoke Ember’s TikTok access through TikTok, or ask Ember to access, correct, delete, or disconnect information, subject to applicable law. Revoking TikTok authorization may prevent TikTok Login until you reconnect it.

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Ember membership requires users to be at least 18 years old.
